Please take my hotel in Dresden on Nov 7-9

I booked a non-refundable hotel in Dresden but my plans have changed and I am hoping someone will take the rooms. The hotel is Aparthotels an der Frauenkirche %26quot;Münzgasse%26quot;. It has gotten excellent reviews and is located in the historical part of Dresden. I paid 55 euros per night for the double room. I%26#39;m willing to give it to you for half price. We can arrange for payment using PayPal and then I will change the name on the reservation.

I got my money back on a pre-paid non-refundable hotel once by disputing the charges through Visa. They agreed and they didn%26#39;t make me pay them (Visa). I wrote a formal letter so they would take it seriously.

I would not recommend lying to your Credit Card company. I use to work for a Credit Card company and doing this is illegal if you were in fact the person who authorized the charges. On top of that I think it is trip advisors policy to not allow members to encourage this type of behavior in these forums according to their %26quot;terms of use%26quot; . If you are authorized to transfer your reservation i think you should continue to search for a legal way out. If I had the time off I would buy the hotel from you. Good luck

I didn%26#39;t lie! I had to leave my reservation early and they wouldn%26#39;t make an exception. I told Visa that I had a family emergency and the hotel would not refund my unused days at the hotel. Visa agreed that the hotel was being unreasonable and that%26#39;s what happened. I am not a crook!
